PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION: Goods shall by ready for inspection 2 working days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our China factory
WARRANTY: 1.Products returned within the warranty period must been DBK product number & date code and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid working will not be accepted. 2.Returned products have to be sent by boat on quarterly.3.Replacement items will be sent out together with customer’s next order shipment.4.All delivery costs of the defective batteries to be paid by the customer.
